About the Project

Public Storage needed an engaging way to teach its many property managers how to use their online property management software, "webCHAMP". Rick started by using Adobe Captivate to screen-record many different tasks that a property manager do within the software. For example, making a rental reservation or entering in new customer information. Rick then added in voice-over narration to walk the learner through each scenario as well as graphic elements to clarify items.

The result was a series of 20 individual course modules delivered on CD-ROMs.
