About the Project

TOGO's needed a series of video courses to educate new "mystery shoppers" about a TOGO's restaurant and how to successfully shop and report during a restaurant visit. Working together with the Manager of Training, Rick shot video in a local TOGO's restaurant and edited a series of 4 educational videos. And then delivering the videos in an interactive, online presentation format.
